Risotto is easy and toddler-friendly food. Alec has never been a huge rice fan, but he likes this risotto and so do we. Because green makes us happy! Yes, you have to stay close by a risotto, but this one shouldn’t take more than around 20-30 minutes to pull together. Here is the recipe:
