      Hi Syka,
I don’t have a junior bed shortlist since we’re not “there” yet – our little boy is just 17 months old. But I will post the question on Facebook and see if anybody has any suggestions!

      Hi Jenna,
Thanks for stopping by! I don’t sell strollers, I just write about them.

    Hi Mina,

My 8 month old will be coming to Stockholm the first time. Some challenges in finding some things for him, for which I would like your advice on where I can find them:
    - disposable changing pads in Stockholm
    - drinking water – abroad we find it easy to buy water for children. I did not find any here. Do people here use tap water for infants?
    - baby detergent – again very easy to get abroad. But here I have not found such products.

    Appreciate your help here

Welcome to Stockholm. You should be able to buy disposable changing pads at any (larger) grocery store – by the diapers or baby food/baby stuff. Stockholm tap water is perfectly safe – we all use it for our children. I haven’t seen any baby detergent but there is a brand called Såklart which is meant to use less chemicals. Good luck!

    Hi Mina,

I recently found your blog and as I’m pregnant with my first baby I’m finding it extremely helpful, thank you! I know you must be incredibly busy, but in case you have one spare moment, I have one question for you. I live in Northern France and bought a light therapy lamp to use last winter. I would love to use it again, but being pregnant I’m not sure if I can. I’ve researched online, but the information is a bit contradictory and my Doctor doesn’t know much about it. As you live in Sweden, I’m curious to know if it is accepted and/or common for pregnant women to use light therapy during the winter months?

Merci and I wish you much love, health and smiles with your beautiful family.

Hi Juana, Congratulations on your pregnancy! How Exciting! I so wish I had a good response for you but I don’t. I’m not a doctor myself and I actually haven’t heard anything (either for or against) using light therapy while pregnant… I hope you find some good advice on this!
