Marie’s daughter Edith is in Louis’ group at pre-school (he calls her “Little Edith” since there are two Ediths in their group) and the two of them had such a good time working with the leather in this project. And they were so proud of their finished key chains – which looked so sweet on their little Kånken backpacks!
It was a bit of work to get the hole punched through the leather, but the steps were simple: Cut the leather into a strip. Pull the leather through the key chain ring. Fold the leather around the ring. Make a hole through the leather. Add the little metal rivet and screw it together.
