I just sent Little A off to nursery school in mittens. Mittens! I absolutely love autumn, but it’s not even October yet and we’re already in mittens! And thus begins a whole new shopping season.
For Little A there is no staying indoors just because the weather isn’t great. He needs the fresh air and the space to stretch his legs and really play, and our winter is too long to wait out from inside. So the only option is really good clothes.
We’re still in early autumn, so Alec is not wearing his overall yet (but I’ve already bought it so it’s ready to go). What he is wearing is lots of layers, and as usual, he is wearing Polarn O. Pyret almost from head to toe: a cotton hat, a micro fleece gator, stretchy wool magic gloves (he LOVES them) with attachments so we don’t lose them, a wind fleece, a shell jacket, rain pants and Tretorn winter (lined) rain boots or Viking gore-tex shoes.
