The very first “you have to buy a…”-tip i received when I was pregnant with Alec was “you have to buy a Sophie”. We did and she has been a real favourite. Sophie the Giraffe is actually the only toy that we will be doubling up now that Baby #2 is on the way. Alec doesn’t really use Sophie any more (although he is getting ALOT of use out of his Sophie teething ring), but it still feels like the new baby should have his/her own Sophie.
