I feel like we are slowly getting the hang of this whole outerwear for baby thing. Getting into the overall (and booties, and hat, and mittens etc etc etc) is no longer hugely traumatic, and no longer takes 15 minutes. Little A has discovered that he can indeed move his arms and turn his head, even wearing a jacket or overall, and most days we seem to get it mostly right in terms of matching the layers to the weather. But it’s getting colder quickly and Alec is getting more mobile even quicker. So it seems that every week I have a new shopping project, hunting for something new to keep him warm as he explores sandboxes, fall leaves, and the slide.
Happily I came across Nature Baby on Babyccino Kids today. They have lovely organic merino wool basics. I love the footed pants and long-sleeved onesies. Super cute, unisex colours and patterns at pretty decent prices (and they ship for free for orders above EUR 100!). This is where I will be shopping this week!
