Bitsy Bag Giveaway!

I think I was fairly well prepared for the challenges of parenthood when we brought Alec home from the hospital. As well prepared as you can be, anyway. But looking back on the past 8½ months, the one thing that I definitely wasn’t expecting to be such a challenge was sleep. Yes, I knew I would be up a lot at night nursing our baby and I knew that it could be difficult to teach a baby to sleep through the night. But I really had no idea that it could be so hard to get a little baby to nap. In the midst of all the reading, researching and asking everyone who might know anything about baby sleep, we came across and tried a lot of products promising to promote safe healthy sleep for babies. Some we liked, some we love and still use daily.

One product that I didn’t know about when Alec was born is the Bitsy Bag. Mom Mandi created the Bitsy Bag when she couldn’t find a sleep sack or swaddle to suit her little one. Desperate to find something warm, cosy and safe for her baby to sleep in, she created a lightweight wearable blanket that secures itself around the baby’s torso so they can kick, roll, and even sit up without the blanket coming off. I haven’t tried the Bitsy Bag for Alec but it does look so comfy and they are definitely cute!

    I would love to have a BITSY BAG for Grammy’s house. Brody loves his, but in November, he’ll be staying with me part-time, so it will be a necessity!!
    Any “boyish” color will be fine, they are all awesome!

    Jag skulle bli sååå glad om jag fick en med ugglor. Den skulle få bo i mitt rum (jag har träd på väggen så det passar bra) i väntan på att jag får ett syskon (nej mamma och pappa har inget på g ännu, blir till att vänta) . Den dagen skulle jag ge bitsy bagen till min bror / syster. Medan jag väntar kommer jag kanske låna ut den till min kompis Rakels lillasyster som kommer i december.
    Önskar jag hade haft en (en bitsy bag alltså) när jag var liten :)
